Objet<\/h3><p>Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente d\u00e9finissent les droits et obligations des parties dans le cadre de la vente en ligne des produits propos\u00e9s par PROVOK.<\/p><h3>2. Produits<\/h3><p>Les produits propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente sont ceux d\u00e9crits sur le site au jour de la consultation. Les visuels, descriptions, tailles et disponibilit\u00e9s sont indiqu\u00e9s \u00e0 titre informatif et contractuel dans la mesure du possible.<\/p><h3>3. Prix<\/h3><p>Les prix sont affich\u00e9s en euros. Les frais de livraison \u00e9ventuels sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s avant la validation de la commande. PROVOK se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier ses prix \u00e0 tout moment, les produits \u00e9tant factur\u00e9s sur la base du tarif en vigueur au moment de la commande.<\/p><h3>4. Commande<\/h3><p>La commande devient d\u00e9finitive apr\u00e8s validation du paiement et confirmation de commande. PROVOK se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019annuler toute commande en cas de fraude, d\u2019incident de paiement ou de force majeure.<\/p><h3>5. Paiement<\/h3><p>Le paiement est exigible imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la commande, par les moyens propos\u00e9s sur le site.<\/p><h3>6. Livraison<\/h3><p>Les zones livr\u00e9es, d\u00e9lais et modes de livraison sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s au moment de la commande. En cas de retard, PROVOK informera le client dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.<\/p><h3>7. Droit de r\u00e9tractation<\/h3><p>Le client consommateur dispose, en principe, d\u2019un d\u00e9lai l\u00e9gal de quatorze jours pour exercer son droit de r\u00e9tractation, sauf exceptions pr\u00e9vues par la loi, notamment pour les produits personnalis\u00e9s ou confectionn\u00e9s selon les sp\u00e9cifications du client.<\/p><h3>8. Retours et remboursement<\/h3><p>Les modalit\u00e9s de retour et de remboursement sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es via le service client. Tout produit retourn\u00e9 doit \u00eatre neuf, non port\u00e9 et dans son \u00e9tat d\u2019origine, sauf d\u00e9faut av\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p><h3>9.
